In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "v8b", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the website accessible at v8b.im and all associated sub-domains and services.
• "Platform" means the v8b website, its mobile-optimised interface, and any games, betting markets, or financial services accessible through it.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the Platform or accesses its services.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Funds" means any balance held within your v8b Account denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

v8b reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period may result in suspension of your Account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

v8b takes its commitment to preventing underage gambling seriously. Any Account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all Funds forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

To access the full range of services offered by v8b, you must register a personal Account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your Account details promptly if any information changes.

Each natural person is permitted to hold only one Account. Registering or operating multiple Accounts — regardless of whether different names, email addresses, or payment methods are used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all associated Funds.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. You must keep your username and password confidential and must not share your login credentials with any other person. v8b accepts no liability for losses resulting from the compromise of your Account credentials due to your own negligence.

v8b reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, identity misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms.

All financial transactions on the v8b Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash mobile financial service
• Nagad mobile financial service
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking)
• Upay mobile financial service

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within your Account dashboard and are subject to change at v8b's discretion with reasonable notice to Players.

All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name. The use of payment accounts belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of Funds.

v8b processes withdrawal requests subject to identity verification. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals above certain thresholds may require the submission of supporting identification documents. v8b reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending the outcome of a verification review.

v8b does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment service provider may impose their own fees, for which v8b accepts no responsibility.

Funds deposited into your v8b Account are held for gaming purposes only and do not accrue interest. v8b is not a financial institution and your Account balance does not constitute a savings or investment product.

v8b may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry periods.

General bonus conditions that apply unless stated otherwise include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible Player, household, device, or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until any applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• v8b reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice.
• Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or the use of multiple accounts — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Any winnings generated from bonus funds that are subject to wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement is met.

All games and betting markets available on the v8b Platform are governed by their respective Game Rules, which are published within the Platform and form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the applicable Game Rules, the Game Rules shall prevail in respect of the specific game or market in question.

Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable Game Rules before placing any bet or wager. Ignorance of Game Rules does not entitle a Player to a refund or void bet.

v8b reserves the right to void any bet, withhold winnings, or reverse any transaction where:

• A technical error or manifest pricing error has occurred;
• A bet has been placed in contravention of these Terms or applicable Game Rules;
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of corrupt conduct is suspected;
• A Player has exploited a software malfunction or game error.

The use of automated betting software, robots, artificial intelligence systems, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Violation of this provision will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all Funds and pending winnings.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Use any v8b brand, logo, or trademark without prior written consent;
• Create derivative works based on Platform content.

Unauthorised use of any intellectual property belonging to v8b or its licensors may result in civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, v8b shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of Funds resulting from gambling activity conducted on the Platform;
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service thereon;
• Technical malfunctions, delays, errors, or data loss;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Reliance on information, odds, or results displayed on the Platform where such information is later found to be in error.

Nothing in these Terms limits v8b's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. v8b makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.

v8b collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms an integral part of the agreement between you and v8b.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

v8b employs industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data during transmission and storage. However, no method of data transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and v8b cannot guarantee absolute security.

v8b reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where v8b reasonably suspects or determines that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account has been used for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purposes;
• The Account holder has provided false or misleading registration information;
• The Account has been operated by or on behalf of a minor;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

Upon permanent closure of an Account for cause, v8b reserves the right to forfeit any Funds remaining in the Account. Where an Account is closed at the Player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. A voluntary closure request does not affect v8b's right to investigate any preceding activity on the Account.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which v8b operates. By using the Platform, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute.

Before initiating any formal dispute, Players are encouraged to contact v8b support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. v8b will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, either party may proceed to formal dispute resolution in accordance with applicable law. v8b's decision on matters falling within its sole discretion — including but not limited to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and Account closure — is final and binding.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Game Rules, and any applicable bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and v8b with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings.

No Waiver: Failure by v8b to enforce any provision of these Terms at any time shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or of v8b's right to enforce it at a later date.

Assignment: You may not assign, transfer, or sub-licence any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without v8b's prior written consent. v8b may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
